Can we still live in our house while building work is being done?
We have completed many projects where clients have still been able to live in the house whilst building work is being undertaken. We will discuss options with you when we sign a building contract and we will establish a plan that best suits your needs at the time. There are some projects however that require full vacancy of the site when work is being carried out – this is mainly due to health and safety regulations.
What guarantee can you give us?
We can offer you a 10 Year Master Builders Guarantee through the Master Builders Association. This guarantee covers:
- Loss of deposit
- Non completion of the project
- Structural defects for ten years
- Alternative accommodation.
